First year student at the University of Loughborough, Lilja's training plan has a wide range of personal targets in BUCS, U23, and hill climb events. As a result Lilja's training program addresses several components of fitness.

Ironman Triathlete - Ironman Lanzarote
Sachin is currently training for Ironman Lanzarote. With 20 weeks to train, a cycling plan from 188Coaching, with a real focus on endurance, will take Sachin from a longest ever ride of 50km to completing a full Ironman.

Category 2 Road Racer - Velo Bavarian RT
Jacob earned his cat 2 license in 2023 and took the step up to the next level of domestic racing. In 2024 Jacob aims to retain his 2nd cat license and finish on a podium at his local crit. Fitted around his work schedule, Jacob's training is designed to bridge the gap between cat 3 and cat 2.

Category 4 Road and Zwift Racer - Team CRYO-GEN
Nick joined 188Coaching with a plan focussed on the ever popular Zwift Race League. Due to work and other sporting commitments, a completely bespoke structure was essential to fit in an effective plan around a busy schedule.
